- 1/2 day (up to 3 hours of speaking time, which can be divided into multiple engagements): $3,000 +

Non-Cash Donations
Dechomai Foundation, Inc. administrative expenses as a percentage of non-cash assets are:
To $1 million - 3%
For the next $4 million - 2%
For the excess - 1%
These fees may be reduced or increased based on the complexity of the particular asset. The minimum fee
charged by Dechomai is $10,000 per donation received and processed. This fee includes all operations and
functions of the Dechomai Foundation such as marketing, gift design, tax support, personal property inspection,
lease review, environmental appraisals, legal counsel, asset transfer, marketing expenses, asset management
expenses (liability insurance, property insurance, taxes, etc.), settlement costs, accounting costs, grantee due
diligence and grant processing. The Dechomai Foundation does not receive any other operating support beyond
these fees.
Charitable Solutions, LLC does not charge any fees in addition to those charged by Dechomai Foundation, Inc.
on any non-cash donation made to Dechomai.
If we are engaged by a charity to directly assist with non-cash asset receipt/liquidation acts, a project consulting
fee will apply based on our hourly rate of $475, four hours on-site is $3,000 and a daily on-site rate of $3,750
(plus expenses).
CGA Risk Management Fees
Charitable Solutions, LLC charges a project consulting fee based on the amount of time that is estimated to be
needed to complete a Risk Management Report, Audit or other Report. Our fees are $475/hr. or $3,750/day.
